Hear Ye, hear ye! Let it be known that this show, August 4th in Dryden, will be John Tree's last with the Hatchetmen. No dirt here to dish, it's just that the logistics of living and working in Farmington Hills with rehearsals in Romeo has taken its toll. We part as friends and will certainly play together again somewhere down the road. But for now, this show is most likely our last of 2018 while Randy and I take stock and search out a replacement. And believe me, it won't be easy. Johns proficiency and style on 4 string, 5 string and fretless bass is unmatched as far as Hatchetmen go. So best of luck and safe travels to our forever friend, bassist John Tree.
